This recent job took the Eco Grind crew to Melbourne’s south. Polished Concrete Patterson Lakes turned this space into a showroom to be proud of.
When the owners asked us to take this unfinished showroom in Patterson Lakes and turn it into a standout business area with polished concrete, we were only too happy to oblige.
We began by preparing the floor for the concrete and followed with a high-quality pour that would be the perfect canvas for full exposure mechanically polished concrete Patterson Lakes.
Choosing full exposure gave the space a professional look and took advantage of the aggregate. Using the mechanical polishing process meant that we could let the unique patterns of the exposed aggregate shine through. Through full exposure polished concrete, we exposed stones that ranged from natural brown tones to dark charcoal, with a hint of grey for to balance the two.
The result was a neutral colour palette that will go with just about anything! The owners can now introduce any style or colours they want – whether they prefer cool or warm tones, or industrial or more traditional décor. This floor will pair with just about anything.
The floor was finished with a gloss sealant and given the anti-slip treatment, so it looks amazing while being safe for staff and customers alike.
Polished concrete is ideal for the Patterson Lakes area. Being so close to the sandy beach, the salt air and the wonderful network of waterways, flooring needs to stand up to the elements. And flooring doesn’t get much more hard-wearing or low maintenance than polished concrete.
Eco Grind have years of experience in the concrete polishing industry and are leaders in the field in the Greater Melbourne area. Michael and his team can help with everything concrete, including polished concrete, grind and seal, and acid etch.
